Eight coasts, eight products
Sand quality is the deal-breaker for most Indian guests. If it is theirs, start in the east. Everything else — walkability, nightlife, scenery, transfer time — pulls in a different direction.
- East — the best natural beaches. The luxury belt.
- North — the busiest and most walkable; the only real nightlife.
- West — sunsets, value and Casela; mostly sandy.
- South & South-West — dramatic scenery, UNESCO Le Morne.
- South-East — closest to the airport, marine park snorkelling.
- North-East — quiet and windier; the beaches are artificial.
